First landmark in the history of Mehr Dastgir Group, Mehr Dastgir Textile Mills LTD was incorporated in 1987. It started commercial production in 1989 and was listed in 1994.

Its capacity is 14,304 spindles of Toyoda, Japan and recognized amongst top 5 as ranked by renowned Japanese seizing companies. It has 229 employees and location contains colonies for employees families, subsidized markets for employees, subsidized food stores, restaurants and drink corners for the families and employees residing there on the premises.
